Fourth City Barbecue is an all-wood craft barbecue concept run by husband and wife duo Greg Mueller and Erica McKinley. Their focus is serving high-quality food and connecting with the community in Saint Louis.

Fourth City meats are slow-smoked over an all-wood fire, a real labor of time and love. According to Greg, “we enjoy experimenting with new flavors and serving up both classic barbecue sides as well as more unconventional ones. We make a variety of from scratch sausages as well as our own house-made bacon. We also have a selection of vegetarian and vegan options.”
